Thumb Screw For Phanteks cabinet
thingiverse
I need a thumbscrew that fits perfectly in my PC cabinet case. The Phanteks cases come with tiny screws that are hard to grip with my fingers, even when I try to tighten them. After a while, they loosen up, making it impossible for me to remove them without a tool. This defeats the purpose of having easy-to-use thumbscrews. I've been trying to figure out how to print small parts with precise tolerances on my cr-10s 3D printer, but I haven't cracked the code yet. As a result, the diameter of the bottom part of the screw didn't turn out quite right. However, if you use a 6.5 mm drill bit and adjust the dimensions slightly, the screws fit together snugly.
