This was designed for a flat head screw bolt with around 6mm thread and an 8mm (approximately) head size. It's a versatile size that suits many projects, so be sure to adjust it to fit your specific needs. For some unknown reason, I ended up making it to accommodate a "V" cut on each end of the screw, which works surprisingly well. However, a flat section to fit the slot would also work just fine. The top and bottom push snugly into each other, keeping the bolt securely in place without requiring any glue.
