Thumb drive USB cases
thingiverse
Take apart a Lexar USB flash drive and extract the circuit board from it. This model fits LEXAR Thumb drives 2.0 and 3.0, as well as the Nintendo controller houses the Data stick Pro usb size. To enhance accessibility, I added a USB extension to extend the USB port connector. Secure the circuit board into the case opening using hot glue. The cap does not require any adhesive for securement. Design software used: Onshape. I utilized a MakerBot Replicator 3D printer with PLA material in this project.
