Concept design for a 3D printed thumb brace that fits a size 9 male hand. Scale as needed before printing. When the print is ready, heat it up to 200 degrees Celsius in a kitchen oven for about 30 seconds. It should not melt. Carefully place the print on your hand, covered with a napkin or cloth to protect from burns, and shape it to its final fitted form. Optional: Cool it down with fresh water for fast setting and to prevent burns. Please note that I am not a medical professional, and this design is just a concept. It should not be used for real medical purposes. Make and use at your own responsibility.
