The Yepp Nexxt Maxi bicycle seat is a highly rated choice for kids aged 1 year to about 40 pounds - please check the manual for exact details. We have one, and it works great, but its default setup has a flaw: the "wings" that serve as a wheel guard and keep little feet away from spokes are positioned outward, interfering with my pedaling. This plug is designed to work with a zip-tie to attach the wheelguard wings to the bike frame, bending them towards the seat tube and out of my pedaling path. I used a 1/2" spade bit to drill holes in the right spot on my bike frame and some reusable zip-ties - larger ones like these will also work. Use this design at your own risk. When you use it, the prints will be under constant stress as the carrier's plastic applies force. I printed it with the plug circle oriented vertically, which resulted in a slightly deformed cone but reduced the chance of delamination. Consider your printer's characteristics and adjust your print strategy accordingly.
