<p>A blank cover for the light/reflector mount on the versatile Thule Tour Rack.</p><p>It can be used as a starting point for your own project without having to reinvent the size, shape and fitting.</p><p>Speaking of which - fitting is designed to be done using of two M3 screws. However, after printing the first prototype, I realized that due to the tolerances of my particular printer, the pure friction fit is probably enough. Still, the design includes two holes for above mentioned M3x6 screws that can be used to make the fit even more secure.</p><p>For prototyping I used Silver PLA, which shall be later replaced by more fitting Jet Black. Of course as it is an outdoor item, perhaps some more outdoor resistant material would be more appropriate.</p><p>Printed with 0.2 layer height and no supports.</p><p>Happy Printing!</p>
