Thule Tool (Knob to Hex bit adapter)

I was fed up with fiddling with my Thule's knobs every week, taking them off for skiing and then putting them back on again. So, I came up with an adapter that lets me use a power screwdriver and a standard hex bit to turn the knobs in no time. Maybe all Thule knobs are interchangeable, but someone out there might find this handy.
