I boke the latch off my Thule roof cargo box and I cannot find the model of the box or anything online that looks like the part I need. So I modeled it up and 3D printed it from Siraya Tech build smoky black resin. I also printed it from PETG to test. I did make the holes smaller for 3/16" rivets as the 5mm rivets used are not common in my area. I hope this helps someone else out.
