I've Got a Thule Bike Stacker, But It Only Allows Two Bikes to Be Stacked Due to Its Four Stack Mount Pins. The Stand Is Robust Enough to Hold Four Bikes, but I Needed More Mounting Pins to Accommodate Our Fleet. With Five Bikes in the Family, We Had to Find a Solution Fast! I Decided to Print Out Additional Replaceable Pins Using 3D Printing Technology. If You'd Like to Make Similar Modifications or Enhancements, I've Included the FreeCAD Project Files for Your Reference and Further Customization.
