This is a Thule Load Bar clip, intended for square bar Yakima/Thule crossbars. The wind fairing/air screen clips fatigue quite often being in Canada with the harsh winter and sunny summers. I go through a set of four about every year, so I decided to make a copy of them so I can print a new one every time I need it Nearly 1-1 copy of the OEM Thule Part. For reference it replaced part number 853-7361. Since these parts aren't readily available easier to print them! Printing Instructtions: Print 100% infill, with supports. Use ABS or PETG or similar material- needs to be UV resistant with a high glass transition temp. I have successfully printed with both materials, haven't had issues with either yet and they have been on my vehicle for nearly 6 months. Good on the highway (tested up to about 140km/hr). They look very clean printing at 0.1mm, but have been successful in printing all the way up to 0.4mm (just depends on how long you want to wait or how OEM you want them to look) Use OEM Hardware pictured in the thumbnail (rubber insert, square load bar clip, thumbscrew and threaded rod with square top).
