I also optimized the contour of the gears compared to the other models.

Print settings:

0.4mm nozzle

PLA

50% fan speed - essential to lower speed to get accuracy on the timing wheel portion

0.2mm layer height

3 perimeters

4 top and bottom layers

50% gyroid infill

top-layer ironing optional

PrusaSlicer 2.5 Arachne profile preferred to minimize gap fill https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/releases/tag/version_2.5.0-alpha3

infill

auto is Ok for larger gear to cover the central hole

no infill for smaller gear

Post-processing:

there will likely be tiny filament strings between the fingers of the timing wheel which will affect the optical sensor. You'll have to slice through these strings with a hot exacto knife or razor blade very carefully. If you knock down a finger, you'll have to re-print since timing will be off and racing will suck! Gluing a finger back in place is extremely difficult.

If the larger gear is too tight on the shaft, you can use a drill bit to ream it out, or aim hot air through it a few seconds to soften it. Do NOT aim hot air at the timing wheel fingers as they will easily flop over.

superglue the small gear into the larger one

Recommend upgrading the belt tensioner bearings while you're in there.

Scaling the small gear to somewhere between 99.5-100.5% in may help fitment if your printer is not fully dialed in.
