Hello, I have been using a blocker from another maker here for a while. The problem was that it is still too easy to slip to the right and then only the 7th gear can not be inserted but still stuck in front of it. With a remix I was functionally satisfied, but not aesthetically, so I sat down and measured everything again with the caliper and created everything from scratch in Fusion 360. The only thing I forgot is that the plate slowly falls to the edge, so there remains a small gap on the right, but this is perfect to get the blocker out again with the fingernail. It is hardly possible with the small blocker from 4th gear to accidentally slip further to the right, but (at least with my shifter) is enough a minimal pressure down to still get into reverse. Sorry for the file size of almost 100 MB, I wanted the STL export to be as accurate as possible, I could have exported it again with less accuracy but that's how I had it printed and it fits, at least for me, 100% without grinding or other rework. (added a smaller version with high accuracy, should work too) My piece was printed with an Ender 3 Pro with E3D-V6 Hotend and Bondtech BMG extruder, in 0,2mm height, 3 shells and little infill. I would appreciate comments on the accuracy PS: I do not allow the part to be sold overpriced on Ebay etc. Prints as a favor for $2-$3 that cover electricity, material and shipping would be ok. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Hallo, ich habe schon seit längerem einen blocker von einem anderen Maker hier genutzt. Das Problem war aber das man trotzdem noch viel zu einfach nach rechts rutscht und dann nur den 7. Gang nicht einlegen kann aber trotzdem davor hängt. Mit einem Remix war ich funktional zwar zufrieden, aber nicht ästhetisch, also habe ich mich hingesetzt und mit dem Messchieber alles nochmal vermessen und in Fusion 360 alles von Grund auf neu erstellt. Das einzige was ich vergessen habe, ist das die Platte langsam zum Rand abfällt, es bleibt rechts also ein kleiner Abstand, der aber Perfekt ist um mit dem Fingernagel den Blocker auch wieder raus zu bekommen. Es ist mit dem kleinen Blocker kaum noch möglich vom 4. Gang aus versehen noch weiter nach rechts zu rutschen. Es reicht aber ein minimaler Druck nach unten um noch in den Rückwärtsgang zu kommen. Entschuldigt die Dateigröße von fast 100 MB, ich wollte den STL Export so genau wie möglich haben, ich hätte es nochmal mit weniger Genauigkeit exportieren können aber so hatte ich es gedruckt und es passt, zumindest bei mir, zu 100% ohne schleifen oder sonstige Nacharbeit. (ich habe noch eine kleinere Version hinzugefügt, die sollte auch ausreichen) Gedruckt wurde mein Stück mit einem Ender 3 Pro mit E3D-V6 Hotend und Bondtech BMG Extruder, in 0,2mm Höhe, 3 Shells und wenig infill. Ich würde mich über Kommentare zur Passgenauigkeit freuen, ich liebe 3D Druck teile die einfach passen ;) PS: Ich erlaube nicht, dass das Teil überteuert auf Ebay etc verkauft wird. Drucke aus Gefälligkeit für 2-3€ die Strom, Material und Versand abdecken wären ok.
