Thrustmaster T500 T300 TX T-GT TS Custom Wheel - no soldering

Hey, I found a way, to mount a aftermarket wheel with the Thrustmaster t500 Standart-Steering-Wheel. No soldering necessary. The T500 steering-wheel is nothing special - not even Paddles. Butt the Buttons are superb - special for me as a console driver. I bet some of you guys own this steering-wheel. All you need ist a aftermarket steering-Wheel with 6x70mm diameter wholes. It's easier with a flat wheel but curved one is also possible - as you see in my pictures. You also need Screws with nut and a few washers. I use 3 M5x15mm and 3 M5x20mm Screws. And of course, the printed parts. That's it! Check youtube, how to disassemble your T500 Steering-Wheel. The printed cover plate don't fit 100%, sorry for that. You need to adjust the wholes for perfekt fit. The tools you possibly need: Knife, Digital caliper, Carving tools, Drill. My Tip: Print the Cover plate at last and measured the distance between Wheel and cover plate before printing. Then cut the print with your slicing program for the perfect height. Otherwise you can cut the print afterwards with your tools. Check my Pictures for the step by step manual. Looking forward to your makes.
