Print two of these models and install them under the brake pedal as shown in the first picture. Rotate each model 90 degrees along the Y-axis and omit printing the top and bottom layers, as demonstrated in the bumper/last picture. You can experiment with different infill percentages to achieve a three-stage brake feel. For example, you could try 10% and 20% for varying levels of resistance. I'm eager to see your enhancements on this design.
