Thrustmaster T300RS Mount
thingiverse
This is a remix of the T500 Clamp https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2495119 by sechuan. Holes have been enlarged to fit T300RS feet, accommodating a 5mm hole and 6mm foot mounting size for secure fitment. The part features thicker support veins that mimic the original design, ensuring superior support without excessive infill. You can keep the metal washer from the original mount. Find a washer with identical inner and outer diameters, place it in the hole, and as you tighten the clamp down, the bolt's profile will automatically create the curve. It may take a few attempts to get it right. With a vice and some bolts/washers, this task takes only 5 seconds. Secure the washer in place with glue. When inserting pins for the feet, ensure they are flush with the part and don't worry if they don't penetrate fully; the mount is designed for extra strength, allowing them to penetrate internally without issue. For added security, consider using a bolt and nut instead. The range of foot movement is demonstrated in the provided image. Print time was 24 hours for me, and I recommend printing in the orientation shown for maximum strength. This part is significantly heavier and stronger than the original OEM part. Some areas may appear rough due to my preference not to spend excessive time perfecting it; however, all critical features are present, with minor imperfections. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Layer Height = 0.2mm Wall Thickness = 2mm Top and Bottom Layers = 8 Brim = 20 Lines Support Pattern = Zig Zag Support Density = 10 Support Top and Bottom Distance = 0.4 Support Roof and Floor = Enabled
