Thrustmaster MFD Cougar mount

I did this remix because the monitor used in the original design was unavailable, the print was too big for my printer and I had a different desk mount. ### Stuff I bought Monitor used: [WIMAXIT 11.6"](https://wimaxit.com/collections/11-6-inch/products/wimaxit-m1160s-portable-monitor) [Amazon](https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07L3NLL2T) Dimensions: 284mm x 182mm x 16mm (not 14mm as advertised!). The case is a piece of sheet metal folded over so you can expect measurements to be out slightly. HOTAS mount used: [Hikig mount for Logitech X56](https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B093BWS3VB) Dimensions: 60mm wide and 90mm deep. 20mm wide extrusions. [Thrustmaster MFD Cougar](https://www.thrustmaster.com/en-gb/products/mfd-cougar-pack/) ### Measurements worth noting - VESA 75 holes are 52mm from bottom edge to hole edge, and 102mm from side edge to hole edge. - The monitor depth gap is 16mm ### Screws needed: 4 x M3 16mm countersunk - for attaching the MFD to the mount 4 x M4 10mm cap head - for mounting to vesa plate 3 x M4 16mm countersunk - for joining the two halves 4 x M4 12mm countersunk - for mounting the underside base plate 7 x [M4 8.1mm brass heated insert](https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/155344137796?var=455550425080) ### Changes to the original design - The main body prints in two halves which should help printing on smaller printers likes mine. - Added risers along a slightly chamferred rail which take M3 screws to hold the MFDs in place. I tried to use the original thumbscrews because they were chunky and sturdy but in the end were just too big and jutted out from the sides. - Changed the mounting mechanism to use the HOTAS mount clamp itself. - Added channels so that the MFD cables can come out of a single side; so that I can use a cable tidy sleeve to collect all the cables together. ### Printing It's designed to be printed from the middle up. I figured that if joining two halves then it'd look better with verticals lines all going in the same direction. The base I just print flat as it is. It's been scaled down just a tad to allow for a good tight fit. I recommend using tree supports. I've added 45 degree angles wherever I could to eliminate supports but I still needed 2 in the end. I printed in PLA with 15% infill at 0.2mm resolution. ### Anything else? It's my first 3D design/print so hope you enjoy it!
