Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Mounting Clamp
thingiverse
This is a replacement part made up of a bolt and handle for Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 that I designed because mine broke. Hopefully, it will be useful to someone else too. I haven't printed this design yet, but I did print a similar file with a threaded rod 1" long just to test my design, and it worked best with the Ferrari 458 mount. To make it more durable, I printed it horizontally (with layers arranged lengthwise, one on top of another) in two halves, and joined them together with five-minute epoxy. If you print it vertically, then the layers will be stacked height-wise and may come apart easily. When splitting it into two halves, I reduced the thickness of both halves by 0.1mm to compensate for the glue in between. I suggest printing the third STL file (the two halves of the bolt) and joining them with epoxy. I've attached a picture of the 1" printed part, along with the original metal screw, to show you what part it is. P.S. Note: I replaced an old bolt handle STL file with a new one because the previous design didn't have a slot to insert the screw head in. Sorry if you've already downloaded the old version. Thanks.
