This is the Thrust Reverser for Turbofan Engine There are several types of Thrust Reversers, and this is the Pivot Door Type. The model was designed to compare with the Cascade Vane Type previous model that I made. Design points: 1. The open/close mechanism of the Pivot Doors is a crucial design point. 2. Attachment relation between Turbofan Engine and Pylon Beam requires careful consideration. 3. This Thrust Reverser is interchangeable with my Turbofan Nacelle, which can be found at https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/thrust-reverser-with-turbofan-engine-nacelle. 4. However, the control stick cannot be connected to the Pivot Doors. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 10 pages) is prepared based on Standard Skill, which includes filing, drilling, tapping, and painting. The detail assembly manual provides "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure". Total Net Print Time: Approximately 32 hours is estimated for this project. - Estimated print time based on PLA material, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and no raft or support.
