Thrust bearing base for MeArm V0.4

To solve slop problems in the MeArm base, a brand new base has been created for the MeArm V0.4 that utilizes a 65mm O.D. x 45mm I.D. x 5mm thrust bearing. One was ordered from ebay for four dollars. This new base replaces the original square one attached to the top of the (4) M3 x 20mm bolts. Also included is a dxf file that has been cleaned up thoroughly, removing splines and using only lines and arcs instead. It has also been re-nested to fit on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet for Americans' convenience. No other changes have been made, making it version "0.4.A" designed specifically with Americans in mind.
