This is a precision bolt with a carefully crafted hole through its center, perfectly suited for 6.7 mm diameter double jacketed outdoor CAT 5E cable to pass through. The outer diameter threads smoothly into a 3/8" hole, and the PET-G material used in printing provides a softer than metal thread that will grab onto the hole it's being twisted into without deforming the 3/8" hole itself. By heating the hole first, the threads can melt in and securely fasten to create a strong hold.
