The design employs prefabricated 10mm-thick TB bars, typically made of 304 steel but upgradable to 1.4401 (316) or 1.4571 for increased strength. Symmetrically positioned through the screwing holes, the vertical TB bar web ensures proper joining areas without extra reinforcements or welding. The horizontal flange allows easy placement of CVS in designated spaces with no additional parts required for batteries due to a necessary gap. To minimize weight, the TB bars are machined or laser-cut to remove excess metal; totaling 113.5kg for five beams. Estimated pricing includes initial beams at €117.65 (€0.73/kg steel), additional machining and welding costing approximately €3/kg, resulting in a total of €353 for all beams. Battery supports add €120 per 4 pieces, leading to an estimated overall cost of €591 for all beams. This is a 'street-level' price, with potential for corporate discounts.
