The throttle pedal design is comparable to a standard version, yet it ensures cost-effectiveness and rapid production through its straightforward structure. Manufactured using materials like steel, aluminum, or high glass fiber content plastic via injection molding (such as PA 66 with 30% or 40% reinforcement), the pedal consists of three fundamental components. A flat spring provides tension, maintaining a "0" position when not in use and enhancing foot feel upon pressure. The rotation is limited to 40 degrees, achieved via a steel rod and cut-out in the main body, with a PTFE sleeve option for minimal friction. Separate from the pedal assembly, the sensor unit is securely held by two M5x30 bolts. The potentiometer directly reads data from the sliding bearings (brass can be replaced with PTFE), positioned along the pedal axis.
