Cessna 172 Throttle Fixture for Linear Potentiometer This fixture is engineered to be mounted behind a panel, allowing the throttle rod to push or pull against the linear pot with ease. For optimal results when printing, we highly recommend masking for 100% fill on the front flange section. This enables you to drill out all holes to match the size of your chosen rod. The throttle knob is designed by allenglen and can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2720384 A slide potentiometer, such as this one (https://www.ebay.com/itm/B100K-Ohm-Slide-Potentiometer-Stereo-128mm/382432965929?hash=item590ac7f529:g:tgMAAOSwCQNWg2vH), is also necessary for this system. Please note that the ebay link above is provided solely as a reference; we are not selling these potentiometers. We have recently updated this system with an additional feature - the "block". This component enables you to set a stop on the travel of the pot, taking into account its total travel of approximately 5 inches. The throttle, mixture, and carb heat controls, however, require far less travel. If you require any modifications to this file, please do not hesitate to ask.
