Throttle Body Adapter for BMW M60/M62 to N62 Big Bore

This is an adapter for installing the larger N62 throttle body on your BMW M60 or M62 engine. The stock adapter attaches securely but its bore is too narrow, thus canceling out any benefits from using a bigger TB.\r\n\r\nI created computer models and 3D printed the threads onto this adapter, then carefully heated up the bolts with a lighter before screwing them in place. Let's hope it holds strong. If not, I'll have to redesign it with either through-holes or threaded inserts.\r\n\r\nIt was printed in PETG using three outline layers and 50% fill density.
