I designed this to mount three Nema 17 steppers driving E3D Titan extruders in a flying extruder style for use with the Diamond Hot end. Typically, you would use this on a larger Delta printer but it was designed to provide a solution for large CoreXY printers. Two high-resolution STL files are provided: one for motors up to 48mm and another for motors 40mm or less in length. Print Settings: Printer: MegaHexDelta Rafts: Doesn't matter Supports: Doesn't matter Resolution: 0.2mm or 0.1mm Infill: 40% or better Notes: There is only 0.6mm of spacing built into the design for the stepper motor, so you will need a well-calibrated printer. A test print was done in PLA, but I would recommend printing in ABS for enclosed printers or hot-running steppers. How I Designed This The design was created in Fusion 360 as a learning exercise in generating a full parametric model. This should be easy to scale to other size motors if needed.
