After being deployed from a rover a drill in the middle anchors it in. Poles extend up and off to the side either by spinning on threads of by springs taking the reflective material out of the top of the middle canister. Lids to each of the three tops are solar panels. Batteries and other hardware could be stored at the bottom near the drill motor. Drill motor could then operate a cam to control reflective surfaces.
