Three-point Tilt Mount for Raspberry Pi Camera

This mount is a part of my modified Ciclop 3D Scanner (check out my other projects), but I thought it was worth separating out into its own thing on its own merits alone. The mount is designed to be securely attached with M3 screws and springs, allowing for precise adjustment of the angle of your camera. I've found that aligning the actual camera module with the PCB is rarely perfect, so if having a perfectly level camera is crucial to your project, this mount is for you. Even if precision adjustments aren't essential for your project, this mount still offers a sturdy base to integrate into your build. Since this mount only provides tilt adjustment and no rotation or side-to-side movement, I've ensured that the camera fits neatly within its frame, squarely in place. The PCB should be firmly lodged in the slots and the camera module snugly fitted against the cutout. The design of the PCB slot is deliberately quite open due to printer calibration issues; on my machine, it consistently prints out tighter than designed. If you find the slot too loose, try using a thin paper shim to fill the gap. Please share your results in the comments, and if multiple users report issues with tightness or looseness, I'll revisit the design. Print Settings Printer: Rostock Derivative Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2-0.3 Infill: 100% Notes: This part prints well when standing upright with its narrow base at the bottom and without supports. Adding a brim helps prevent the part from toppling over. To maximize structural integrity, I opted for 100% infill – even though walls are thin – as the benefits were negligible. Alternatively, it should also work effectively without any infill at all.
