I stumbled upon a cool puzzle on a Twitter account I follow: https://twitter.com/TheJoinery_jp/status/727473157729198080/. So, I decided to create an STL file to replicate it. The resulting file is extremely tight, as intended, allowing for a snug friction fit when printed. You may need to adjust your slicer or sand the print afterwards to get all the pieces together smoothly.
