A solution to harness three 8mm lead screws on your bot with just one Nema motor. This upgrade makes your bed more solid and eliminates sagging. I'm also using a 40-tooth pulley on rods and a 20-tooth pulley on the motor for a 2:1 gear ratio. This doubles steps_per_mm GT2 belt, which is 6mm wide and 1524mm long. If you encounter issues with different tension between rods, add another pin made from an M5x25mm screw with two flange ball bearings. I'm using 5x13x4mm Mini F695ZZ bearings. The metal mount for the lead screw can be found on eBay at http://www.ebay.com/itm/231452345160?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT. I highly recommend using this mod with a 3-wheeled Z guide (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1802733) on all four corners, like the J-bot (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1721957), for an incredibly solid result. The backlash nuts I'm using are from http://ooznest.co.uk/ACME-Anti-Backlash-Nut. The modded bracket can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1776493, and the Nema17 mount used in the picture is at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1488174. Check out this example picture of a side view of a green 60x60 box after the upgrade – zero imperfections or z-wobble! The benefits are explained in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OLWSarvgDM
