Hello makers! Behold the Three-Cylinder Engine!\n\nThis remarkable device boasts the following features:\n• Fully functional design\n• Simple and easy assembly process\n• Comprises 6 individual parts totaling 12 components\n• Perfect tolerances ensure seamless interaction between components\n• Ideal for educational purposes due to its simplicity ASSEMBLY Each component is deliberately crafted to facilitate a clear understanding of where each piece fits, eliminating any guesswork. You will require metal paper clips and ordinary wooden skewers cut to specific lengths to join the Connecting Rod (conrod) with the Rod Clamp (rodclamp) and the Piston (piston) with the Connecting Rod (conrod). Note: These materials are not essential; you can achieve a stable connection by super gluing the Conrods to their respective Rod Clamps. Alternatively, design and print a 2.5mm pin to connect Pistons to Conrods. To complete assembly, combine crank, pistons, conrods, rodclamps into a cohesive unit. Then, carefully fit piston heads through upperblocks, followed by installing the crank. Place the lowerblock in its designated position, securing it with super glue after performing a test-spin to ensure smooth rotation of all moving parts. Troubleshoot any issues by checking: • Whether the Y-Plate is perfectly perpendicular to the X-axis • Extrusion settings for uniform material deposition • Any printing imperfections caused by your printer's configuration PRINTING To achieve optimal results, adhere to these guidelines: For Piston, Conrod, and Rod Clamp parts: layer height 0.1 mm and a minimum infill of 30% For Lowerblock, Upperblock, Crank parts: layer height 0.2 mm and a minimum infill of 30% When orienting your model correctly, avoid the need for support materials.
