A meticulously designed 3D architectural model, perfect for visualizations, was crafted using 3ds Max 2014. The model comes equipped with a V-Ray renderer and V-Ray materials, with a preview rendering accomplished via V-Ray. However, please note that the lighting scene is not included in the file. To ensure optimal performance, this model has been optimized exclusively for V-Ray. It was skillfully produced in both 3ds Max 2014 and 2011 versions and includes all necessary maps. Additionally, it's available in two formats: 3ds Max 2014 and 2011 with V-Ray materials, as well as OBJ format.
