Inspired by Mark Sollack's threadless ballscrew concept, I improved upon it by addressing the misalignment issue between bearings and smooth rod in the original design. To achieve a 10mm travel per revolution, which simplifies operation, I adjusted the bearing angle to 21.7 degrees and tilted them 2 degrees toward the rod for optimal alignment. Custom baseplate is included as the original one doesn't match my design. This STL file accommodates an 8mm smooth rod and uses 624Z bearings. For robustness, I printed with 100% infill, but otherwise, it's a straightforward print.
