Threaded Rod Drilling Jig
thingiverse
To fabricate a new thermal barrier tube for my MK7 Stepstruder, I lack a drill press. As an alternative, I printed specific parts. By employing a m6 tap, I thread the larger end onto bolts and secure the head with a bench vise while drilling from top to bottom. So far, the 5/64 bits have been used to drill "most" of two 39mm bolts, a work in progress inspired by http://www.mastersketchup.com/qubd-extruder-jam-fix/.
