Threaded Pool Cue Tip
thingiverse
We all know the drill. You're down to your last pool cue on Christmas Day, and *thunk* the final tip snaps off in two. What's the solution? TWEAK IT YOURSELF! Thanks to mingofmongo's ingenious hack, I've managed to graft a cue tip onto the end of a threaded section. The tip is separate from the thread, allowing you to fine-tune them individually to suit your cue and personal preference. The possibilities are endless when it comes to tweaking this design. I've experimented with both curved and flat tips, and the flatter the tip, the easier it is to use. Printed using 0.1mm layers and 30% infill, you can always increase the infill for a harsher, more solid feel in your cue. So go ahead, get creative!
