Threaded Bowl1
thingiverse
This is a modified version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1912996. To accommodate the screw-on top, I adjusted the shape to circular. Additionally, I increased the diameter slightly to enhance its capacity. The thread is single-helix in design, so aligning it properly with the bottom is crucial for attachment. I am experimenting with altering the threads to a double or triple helix to determine if this improves the ease of attaching the top. The top prints without internal supports, achieving satisfactory results even at a layer height of 0.200 mm and a print speed of 100 mm/sec. With these settings, it took approximately 11 hours for the top to complete its print, while the bottom required roughly 27.75 hours to finish printing.
