Thread in Wire Bushing
thingiverse
I designed a custom enclosure for a project using Tinkercad, which had a 3/8-inch hole left over from a potentiometer that was repurposed to route a 12-gauge speaker wire. To accommodate the wire, I modified a nut and bolt to fit snugly within the hole and drilled an oval opening in the center of each component, ensuring that the metal edges wouldn't damage the wire. Applying a few drops of soapy water helped me easily thread the wire through the tight space.
