Just put an 8mm rod into the chuck for tailstock purposes. The one inside the larger holder is too tight, which means you'll need to do internal turning in a single setting and use a sliding bearing that's 12mm outside and 8mm inside. If you have a perfectly calibrated printer: Remove the part inside the holder and print just the separate component. For 25x9mm dies: Printer Settings: Printer: Prusa I2 Air Rafts: Not necessary Supports: Don't bother with those either Infill: Choose whatever pattern suits your needs Notes: Personal preference is for four perimeter layers, each with a 0.5mm thickness.
