For just $2, you can get 10 PCBs and a stencil for $6 at jlcpcb.com. You can also save up to 30% on PCBs and 20% on stencils. Hey friends, in this video I've built a thread coil winding machine using Arduino and 3D printed parts. The GUI is made with a 0.96 OLED display and user input comes from a rotary encoder knob. A Photoelectric Speed Sensor measures the length of the thread. The machine has two operating modes: manual mode starts winding the thread until you press the stop button, while auto mode winds the thread to a predefined length set by the user. Check out the circuit and code at mediafire.com/file/gssy6slscrrla8l/COIL_WINDING_MACHINE.rar You'll need the following materials: 1. Arduino Uno - get one on Amazon for $24. 2. 0.96" OLED display - available on Amazon for $7. 3. Encoder knob - order it from Amazon for $5. 4. DC Motor - grab one on Amazon for $10. 5. Servo motor - buy it on Amazon for $15. 6. L293D IC - get it on Amazon for $5. 7. Photoelectric Speed Sensor - purchase it on Amazon for $25. Watch the video at youtube.com/watch?v=tsxu_KMYnTs
