I needed some actual thorn models to send to a buddy who had printed one from me. He wants to put them on his wall as if he's shooting thorns at the wall. The thorn model I designed looked good, but it had many cracks and gaps that caused issues when printing, resulting in a print that was subpar and not true to scale about 2 times the original size. I did my best to clean up the design (still learning Fusion 360) and filled in the gaps, making it printable and visually appealing even at 2 times its normal size. It still looks a bit rough around the edges, but it's not too hard to clean up and make look nice after printing.
