Thor Hammer Mjolnir (4 kg)
thingiverse
I envisioned a Thor's Hammer with real substance, so it demanded an upgrade to amplify its power. To achieve this, I revamped the "handle_1" section, inserting a 2cm brass rod that runs through its entire length. Next, I drilled a hole in "hammer_bodyB," creating a connection point for the rod at the top of the hammer. Four 1cm holes were drilled along the hammer's length, and two connecting lips were added between "hammer_bodyB" parts. The "hammer_bodyC" and "hammer_bodyD" components were reworked to merge together, and four more 1cm holes were drilled through them. To assemble the hammer, I will use four 1cm aluminium rods. Finally, I cut 40 sheets of lead and attached them to the end of the hammer, increasing its weight to a total of 4kg. This remake draws inspiration from the original designs: Thor Hammer Mjolnir (Easy prints) and Mjolnir. My custom hammer stand can be found on Thingiverse. The updated version 2.0 now features aligned 1cm holes. I invite you to share your work in progress or finished models within my Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/882163935539046/.
