A proof of concept model of a Thompson Coupling I made a little over a year ago for a CAD club. It is fully functional and mechanically identical to the real thing, and although it has intersection issues with its pantograph linkages and is missing a few pieces, it should give those interested a decent idea of how a Thompson Coupling works. Hope its useful! The Inventor file is 16.2 MB in size.. The stp file is 1.95 MB in size. The sat file is 4.66 MB in size.
