My son smashed the original roundhouse doors, so here's my approach.\r\n\r\nI did it with 70% infill because he is brutally tough on it. \r\n\r\nThe only reason I used supports was for the little finger overhang. I printed it without supports and it just had a bit of PLA dangling. Easy enough to simply sand it off, but up to you.
