Thomas the Train Bridge

This bridge is part of a left and right side pair that fits on Thomas the Train's wooden train tracks. It uses modified code from Chris Petersen and gets extra features from https://github.com/dotscad/trains/blob/master/tracklib.scad, which was really helpful to get (thank you Chris!). Changing how the bridge curves happened when a two-dimensional piece of wood from the track got moved along a sine wave.
