Thomas the Tank Engine face mold

Thomas the Tank Engine face mold

thingiverse

A twisted version of Thomas the Tank Engine's face. This misshapen design results from subtracting EvoGenius' model from a block, with a deliberate 10-degree draft angle added to aid in demolding. The mold is divided into two parts with registration keys to facilitate smooth removal. Intending to craft bars of soap, example images showcase plaster creations instead. To ensure successful demolding, use a mold release agent; I prefer Johnson Paste Wax for its compatibility with PLA and plaster materials. When printing the STLs, invert them, as printing upside down is the norm; however, I neglected to flip them during preparation.
