My Kid Demands a Custom Box for Thunderbird 2 Space Ship Toy! I recently scored an awesome deal on a vintage toy at a garage sale, and my kid was absolutely thrilled to find it - a retro-futuristic Thunderbird 2 space ship! As soon as they brought it home, they begged me to create a custom box for their new treasure. The challenge was accepted, and I decided to take the plunge into the world of CAD software for the very first time. The original box is cleverly designed with a spring-loaded tab that secures it inside the space ship's body. This ingenious mechanism not only adds an extra layer of realism but also makes the toy more stable when displayed on a shelf.
