I recently started to use Linux and I was inspired from the stickers you usually find on the laptops or the pre-builded PC, for example the "Intel Core inside" sticker, so I wanted to made a similar thing myself for my Manjaro distro. This is a 25 mm x 25mm logo with the Manjaro logo high 10 mm and the text 5 mm. I made 2 versions: this first and the second with both logo and text high 5 mm (probably the best)
