Update: 042920 - Or lack there of, I've printed this off but have a hard time recommending anyone print this for themselves. Letters were super tight and took some sanding and a mallet to pop them into place. I may come back to this at some point, but not today. Update: 031120 - I'm about 2/3rd's of the way through printing this. I have scaled this up to 159.78%, in CURA, which makes it about 18" wide.I also moved it down on the z axis to -21.5, to cut down on the height of the back board and reduce print time and material. I'm printing .4mm nozzle at .14 layer height. The small hoses have printed with supports but probably won't make it if I were to try and remove them, they are tiny! I have cut the file into 3 parts using Meshmixer, but Thingverse is saying they are too large to upload. I will do my best to get them resized and uploaded here as well. - I wanted to make a sign for above my office door, kitbashed this together, I havent had a chance to print yet. I'd appreciate any comments to make it better. Waiting for the printer to be clear and then I'll start printing this off. Cura says it's not watertight, but it slices fine and I doubt there will be any issues printing. Blender says it tight, so we'll see. Says "This is the way" in Mandalorain I would suggest tree supports, no raft or brim needed if printed flat. Will need a small nozzle and low layer height to get all the details off of a FDM printer. Feel free to remix and or cut to fit other printers. _complete has all details needed for a single print. _base file has a cut out for the letters to make it easier to paint the letter separately. Letters have been scaled down 1%, hopefully that will make it easy to fit into the base.
