This is an alternative idler design for the filament extruder puller by Wingmaster, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:677144 . I simply used a few rubber washers stacked together to create the main pulling wheel and needed a matching idler in return. It uses two 2.5mm diameter screws and nuts to secure the idler onto an 8mm rod. The working area has a diameter of 28mm, while the narrower parts on the sides have a diameter of 22mm, and the washer parts that touch the inner wheel of bearings are 12mm in diameter.
