This is an endstop holder I designed specifically for my BigDelta 3D Printer build. It's engineered to trigger at the third wheel of a three-wheel carriage, allowing the carriage plate edge to travel freely past it without wasting any space on linear motion. The printed part features nubs that facilitate alignment with bolt holes on the switch. Once the switch is securely snapped onto these nubs, a cable tie can be threaded around the channel to keep the switch in place. The design incorporates a curved channel near the base for one orientation of the cable tie and a straight channel for the other, ensuring the tie remains flush in one direction. A mirrored version has been added for use on the opposite side of the carriage. This endstop holder was printed using eSun solid red PETG.
