A Thioredoxin model from Escherichia coli is based on the Protein Data Bank's entry 2TRX (http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore/explore.do?structureId=2trx). The STL file was created using VMD software (http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/). The protein's backbone is displayed in a cartoon form, while reactive cysteine residues are shown as spheres. This model was successfully printed by a Replicator 2 with MakerWare(TM) 2.2.2.89 using PLA and standard resolution (3 shells, 25% infill), employing raft and supports.
